Ate at 2, which means 18 hours of fasting. Had no carbs.

lunch salad greens with chicken curry

dinner - greens with chinese chix cooked by hubby
155.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
