I overate last night for a total of 1650 kcals yesterday. I started craving chocolate since noon. Overate cheese curds after I got home because I "didn't have time for dinner" yet, and I didn't really measure the portions like I should, especially with treat/high calorie. food. After what I planned for low calorie dinner to make up for cheese curds, I finished my son's cheeseburger for him, and ended the night giving into those chocolate cravings. I would say it was a binge because even though I stopped and put the curds away, I took them back out and finished the bag without any inhibition. I think it would have been better to have eaten dinner instead of starting on the curds, then I could have still indulged on chocolate or finished my son's burger and ate less chocolate... but at least I didn't gain weight.
