Firelair's Journal, 01 December 2014

First day of a new month, and I've stuck to it! I've lost 13 lbs for the month of November. I've continued calorie counting daily, weigh ins almost daily (save for a few days), have worked out 5-7 days a week (minimum of 30 min cardio, or 10k steps), I haven't had fast food all month, and have been making sandwiches, salads, or soups for my dinners at work...so I'm really proud of my efforts.

172.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
