Low energy workout day. I am concerned that my weight went back up to 215, but I have been very conscious of what I'm eating. We shall see. Burn more calories? Wondering if low energy Sunday was result of no early morning workout or at least some cardio to get the metabolism jacked up. Did Sunday's low energy impact Monday's low energy?
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
