Justin, good start! I'm guessing that you had more than 3oz of chicken breast though. One chicken breast is typically between 6-8oz. And 6 oz of milk is nothing! A regular soda is 16 oz. I'm thinking you had more of each, and hope that's the case because otherwise you'll be starving!! Let me know if you aren't sure about weights/amounts and I'll try to help you out.
