It is nice to see a small drop especially with yesterdays festivities. I have to admit, there is no way to log any of my food intake for yesterday, so I will say this, I only had one plate and had some left on my plate when I was done.

However, I made 2 pecan pies for the first time ever, and they turned out very very good.
195.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
