Captain_Ron's Journal, 25 August 2009

I'm disappointed with the minimal loss this week after sticking to the plan. I'm slowly feeling better after having bronchitis, so after working long days I go to bed by 9 pm and am up around 6 am for another 12 hour day. I need to try and fit in some exercise too. Drinking all the water too is a goal that I think I meet, bit maybe not always so I'm cracking down on that this week.
244.6 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
