OK. So this week I gained 4 lbs but last night while in bed not able to fall asleep I decided I am going to give it another go. So I started breakfast with my usual cereal 4 points and I am planning to start writing in my journal again as of right now. I am going to really try and not stress out and take things a little easier. I am not sure how I am going to do that but I am just going to try and relax and not over think everything all of the time. I am really hoping to not let last week discourage me from continuing with my journy to weight loss success.
