Officially the most I have ever weighed. Got a new fit bit, hoping that will keep me on.l track to hit 10,000 steps per day. Quit alcohol 24 days ago. Also helpful.
225.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
