Progress! Clothes that didn't fit me are now fitting like a snug. I'm in top form at the moment. I had a muscular injury a few days ago, so I couldn't do much training, and my diet wasn't on point. But I did well enough to drop another kilo. 😁😊. Splendid times.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
