Day 5 and still haven't broken! 😂 Enjoying it so far, however I do find myself scrambling to make up my protein intake. It's hard to eat enough beans, lentils, etc while staying in a calorie deficit 🤔

@rbanhatti I know, it's a struggle.. if you aiming for really high numbers you might need to supplement with protein powder.
If you had enough of beans 🤣 try addin quinoa, chia, spirulina, apparentlly all higher in protein. Also, tofu, tempeh and seitan..
