I know its been a long time sense I've posted in the journal but after a good weigh in this morning, finally reaching the 193 range, I figured I would check in. Working out has been going well. I know there is still room for improvments as far as getting up and working out in the morning and drinking less on the weekends, but overall all seems well. I've been running alot to prepare for a 10k race in september so that keeps me motivated. I also haven been using the apartment gym more, using mens health workouts seems to do the trick. Let the good times continue and weight come off.
