Down another half pound. This has been a week of almost no movement. Still any movement down is welcome,and I am, slowly, moving towards that goal. Just 49 lbs to go.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 124.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My goal seems elusive too! I am thinking about moving it closer to my current weight because I feel pretty good where I am. How are you feeling these days compared to 124 pounds ago?

I'm feeling a lot better, but I am still very aware of the flab I'm carrying. It's the amount that remains, I think, that is most noticeable. Thanks for the encouragement, Bren!
