Stayed up till 5 a.m. Looking over recipes for phase 3. I want to do this without having to do steak days. It's going to take a lot of discipline as I am already feeling very hungry. Totally worth it though. I finally got below 130 which is the maximum amount I want to weigh on phase 3, and throughout phase 4. This is a great weight for me to maintain and still be healthy and feel good
