No weight loss this week. I haven't been doing great with my eating. The cold weather just makes me want to eat more. :( Maybe I will try drinking more hot beverages and see if that helps -- I know it's just a comfort thing to want something warm and filling in my belly, because I stay cold all the time now. And salad has ZERO appeal.
300.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Tea and a cappuccino really helps me stay warm and full, you should try it. I make my own cappuccino with water and a tsp of sugar so it's not too much calories.

A cup of hot broth helps me when I just want to munch but am not really hungry!

Hi, its been a while since I've been on the page but you are doing Great. I agree with the broth. Make it low sodium add chicken and maybe a few carrots and onion but what really adds to the flavor and seems to cure an appetite is a half a teaspoon of Cinnamon. I cooked this in a 2 quart crock pot. Almost has a sweet taste. I'm going to try a modified rice and lemon chicken soup but without the rice. I'll find a substitute and keep you posted.
