I have finally broken out of my slump. I had several binge days that put me up 5 pounds in 5 days, and it took another 5 days to get almost back down to where I started (232 then, 233 now). My goal is to lose 8 more pounds in the next 30 days. I go see D then, and I want to look my best, abd right now that "best" is 225. That will leave 55 pounds to go in the space of 7 months-- when I head back east to see my family. I haven't seen them in 28 years. They never saw the "Fat" me. While 170 isn't exactly svelte, it looks good on me. I have a heavy bone structure, so that little bit of extra padding doesn't look too out of place. Ideally, 135 is my target weight, but I am not going to kid myself. I will be 50 in January, I went through early menopause at 38, so my metabolism isn't what it used to be (which was never all that great to begin with). So, after that rambling bit, 170 suits me just fine. it is a size 14 and that is nothing to be ashamed of..
I probably won't see D again until April after this January visit, so I think by then I could be easily at 200, but let's not count those pounds until they are lost.
233.4 lb Lost so far: 64.1 lb.    Still to go: 63.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
