Slow and steady. I have relaxed a bit since Thanksgiving. I’m still watching portions and the foods I eat, even if I’m not tracking as well as I should be in the app. I’m not going to stress about it. I feel like I’m at least building skills that will help me maintain. I’m hoping that I reach onederland by January 🙃
