I realize that even if I exercise I won't lose weight if I don't cut back on my calories. I will just maintain my current weight. This is why I have my weight has been around 78kg with lots of exercise for the last year. DUh. Now I need to work on the phycological part, hunger attacks connected to my emotions. Eating is so enjoyable. Question? Do I want food (quick fix) or a smaller stomach tire? Do I want to continue like a hamster running on my wheel all day and then gorge myself with food? Best of both worlds but no weight loss.
