Followed 2200 calorie/day intake. Added a free day (rather, an extra meal) on Saturday Dec. 10th. Was losing a bit faster than I wanted to (max rate 2 lbs/week), at about 4 or 3.5 pounds/week as of Saturday morning.

Plan: 2200 calories per day next two weeks with free days on Saturday.
262.4 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
