Every time I weigh in and I gained instead to lose weight, I’ve learned to forgive my self and let go of my guilt and to move on and look forward for a brand new good news tomorrow may bring. How I wish I have learned this attitude sooner instead of being so harsh on myself before.
So to everyone who read this, BE KIND TO YOURSELF, let go of what you cannot control today, and restart again tomorrow.
