Still keeping true to the low carb higher fat/protein approach. The things I might have done differently this week are, less mayo and ranch, no butter, not enough protein, added almonds, stayed better hydrated, ate more atkins bars this week. I don't think I binged on them though, as the most I had in a day was two. Also I haven't been counting carbs,but I have continued to see positive ketone tests. So I don't know why I gained this week. If I was exercising like I should I know I would really be seeing it come off.
