Have a sore throat, that's not helping. But still staying under 2000/day and still losing slowly.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1422 kcal Fat: 49.64g | Prot: 40.92g | Carb: 221.04g.   Breakfast: honey, Blueberries, Oatmeal. Lunch: Crunchy Granola Bars - Maple Brown Sugar, Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz), Baby Carrots , Baby Spinach. Dinner: Milk (Nonfat). Snacks/Other: Swiss Cheese, Dry Roasted Pistachio Nuts (with Salt Added) , Coca-Cola Classic Soda, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added) . more...
