Intuitive eating has been working lately. Plus, I've upped it at the gym and have been boozing a lot less. So what the experts say is true. A well balanced diet and regular exercise is the key. Simple but not easy. It's taken me years to get here. I had moved my goal weight up a kilo because I thought that I was never going to get there, so maybe I'll try to get to my initial goal by the end of the year.
