12.05.22.5.09
Apparently I’ve been writing the wrong date on some of these and there isn’t a way to edit that I can tell. At least not on the app.

137.9
fat 32.5 #
fat 25.6%
water 54.3%
bone 6.2%
BMI 22.9

So I did eat the ice cream. It was a good flavor of the day, well, at least it sounded like a good flavor of the day, it wasn’t actually the best, but it was OK. When I got home, I felt exceptionally fat. This morning I still feel fat, maybe I have a touch of the lactose intolerance like my husband does and it’s just gassy bloated not fat. Or maybe I’m just telling myself this is what happens after you eat ice cream.

So you know what’s annoying? When people discount, my weight loss attempts because “you don’t need to lose weight.”
My coworker gave me a little bag of mixed nuts that he got from a friend that works at this place that packages them and he always has a crap load of them and blah blah blah not important. Anyway, I looked at the calories on it and it had the same ‘about’ 4 1/2 servings or whatever and much like the salad I decided to calculate it and it was slightly off, though not off nearly as much, so then I talk to him about the calorie discrepancy and the salad and he’s like yeah don’t talk to me about calories until and then he gestured at me. Essentially meaning shut up you’re skinny.
That’s kind of how he was when I was losing weight after giving birth, too. Saying I don’t need to lose any weight. But in fact, sir, yes, I do, because I was a certain weight before you met me, you met me when I was pregnant. I know I didn’t look pregnant because I don’t look pregnant when I’m pregnant, but I was. And wether I’m overweight or not I wish to get back down to the weight I was because you don’t get overweight overnight- it happens gradually.
The goal is back to 132 because that’s where I was. The end goal is 125 because for whatever reason that was my goal in college so why not.
137.9 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
