Don't know what do say.
I ate a lot yesterday but I also did RPM and weight a lot!!
It ended up to be good sign!! :)
147.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.7 lb a week
