i just reached 87 i dont no if this is healthy or not i have a very exhausting job and today and yesterday i have been feeling very exhausted i hope i can handle it and i think i need to alternate my diet to have more energy and decrease the rate at which om losing weight
191.8 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
