Technically, I can not count today as Day 1 of my diet. I don't have the foods in my kitchen for this, but today, I am going to watch what passes between my lips in hopes that it doesn't land on my hips.
Today is my planning day. I will be making my menus and shopping lists. Tomorrow is shopping day and the first day to a new me. I feel full of confidence and determination.
