2200 calories/day with no free days until December 17th is working.

Plan to follow that through December 17th, have a free day for a family function (sticking to meals the Friday before and Sunday after).

Then I plan to go back to 2200 calories/day six days a week, with free days on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Both of these days happen to be Saturdays this year.

Goal for today is to do 20 minute aerobic solution from Body for Life on a stationary bike at the gym.
264.9 lb Lost so far: 66.1 lb.    Still to go: 42.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
