One pound up. Not surprised, after a somewhat decadent weekend in Montreal - the cheese! I'm changing shape. Clothes are fitting differently, so not as concerned about the numbers...
137.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
