Ok so I am having a very hard time doing anything on track.. I wake up everyday and say I am going to be successfull today and after being at work for just an hour I start in on the carbs. I haven't gained to much and I am still hitting the gym. hubby is now going with me..
134.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
