As expected...eating "clean" food really make a difference. It would be good to know the positive effects its had on my system.
While the weight loss is not as significant as most people, I'm very happy with it. I can tell that I've lost fat on my face :)
TODAY I ATE/DRANK: BREAKFAST - cheddar cheese -- that was the last of it :( - green tea
LUNCH - chicken soup with pasta (Primo...the canned type)
DINNER - salmon - veggies - white rice
