THURSDAY, JULY 26,
PHASE 1, DAY 12

WEIGHT: 113.5 lbs
WEIGHT GOALS:
110 lbs by July 31
105 lbs by Aug 15
100 lbs by Aug 31
FAT: 28%


As expected...eating "clean" food really make a difference. It would be good to know the positive effects its had on my system.

While the weight loss is not as significant as most people, I'm very happy with it. I can tell that I've lost fat on my face :)


TODAY I ATE/DRANK:
BREAKFAST
- cheddar cheese -- that was the last of it :(
- green tea

LUNCH
- chicken soup with pasta (Primo...the canned type)

DINNER
- salmon
- veggies
- white rice
113.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 17.5 lb a week

Comments 
Keep in mind that if you're still on phase one, the pasta in your soup and the white rice with your dinner should be off limits. Otherwise it looks like you're doing very well.
