I have been trying to be much better with my choices and I have been back to the gym. I feel like maybe I have lost inches but the scale doesn't really move much. I will just keep on trying to make the healthiest choices I can and keep on moving...
123.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
