Still not exercising only on Tuesdays. Pure laziness on my part. Not losing weight has helped me to realize I can maintain. I was hoping to be 160 today and possibly be only as high as 161 when I come home from camping. Hoping to not gain but will not freak out if I do. Being out there camping maybe I can go hiking. I realized that I dont like to exercise by myself anymore. I have no motivation to exercise here at the house. Anyways we are still looking for a house and it isnt going well. Hopefully I can get the one I look at today, I really like it. If I can get into a house then I think I wouldnt be as stressed and could resume exercising.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 94.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there!!! Staying around 160 is okay for now. It is certainly is an improvement over maintaining at 254!!! Stress is not fun. Eventually things will shift. This is how life is. I don't like this part of it either. Let yourself acknowledge how much you have already accomplished. The rest will come a bit later. Take care!!
