Yesterday was the second rest day in a row from my running program. I did no extra walking or exercise. I was starving most of the day and did the best I could to limit my choices to things that would not completely derail my efforts, such as lean lunch meat, popcorn, sugarfree Popsicles etc. it was tough, but I knew that I was running 4 miles this morning so I wasn't too concerned about it. I had saved a lot of calories up during the week to allow for such an occurrence. Otherwise, it has been a good week. I think my overall average was a loss of 2 pounds over the week, although today shows a slight gain that I think is due to salt intake
