I have had a couple of really stressful weeks. It has helped me realized that I am a stress carb eater. I noticed that when things are really stressful or upsetting, I end-up craving white bread, ice cream, yeast doughnuts, or chocolate.
I have also noted that when I give into those cravings, I get sick on my stomach. I thought at first it might be from the gluten, but I have added whole grain bread into my diet and seem to be ok.
