So as absurd as it may seem, I did gain all the weight back in a week's time after all. Gotta face it, record it and just keep going. Let's hope it's muscle weight. Gotta get me one of those fancy scales!

CLA, conjugated linoleic acid. It's like 20 dollars at Walgreens, I lost 5 inches in my waist once I started jogging every other day. I'm not telling you about it to sell It, I'm telling you that it really works.

I bought a really good one from Walmart, swvete I think. They are soy milk protein drinks. All organic, different flavors and really good actually. My only problem is the containers are too small! Lol I actually had one in between house chours and bed instead of something bad.

With all that exercise your doing you should be eating way more than eggs and popcorn! I eat 2600 calories when I don't exercise. You should try to eat what FS recommends for you, it might seem to be like a lot but it works out in the end.

Thanks dearnathalie, that's why I want to get a protein shake. I know I should eat more, but I use to have an eating disorder. I am now actually already eating double than what I used to eat before I started exercising. My goal is to gradually eat more and boost my metabolism (what's left of it) ;)
