Today I have eaten two giant marshmallows to hot dogs 5 hot dog buns 2 packages Ritz crackers 1 package of graham crackers potato salad turkey about 7 cookies maybe 8 at the potluck at the church I mean at the club. I'm getting ready to go to McDonalds and get another Big Mac and fries at midnight I'm going to start back on my food plan I hope I haven't f***** myself up too bad I'm going to do an apple day tomorrow
