This is odd as I have been ill with covid and lost my appetite. I have been eating less than 1000 cals for the last 4 days and sleeping more which should mean a loss not a gain. I am almost back to normal so I shall be back to my usual activities soon.
164.7 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
