A lot of trips that involved meals out...just struggling to hold the line, with holidays looming! Trying to stick to salads, fish, veggies, nuts and fruit, when I can. Eating low fat yogurt instead of ice cream helps, as does thin-sliced 12-grain bread when I crave a sandwich.
