Ate too much candy around Halloween weekend. I know it's bad, but have been doing better. I actually gained more weight, but have lost it from going back to my regular eating schedule and exercise. I usually burn about 100-130 calories every 10 minutes I am on the elliptical at the gym. Trying to develop a healthier view of foods since I have the tendency to go back and forth from not caring to obsessing about everything I put in my mouth. I have been more forgiving lately, but still trying to find that balance.
