Yesterday was a good day...I stayed on my diet plan... I worked out at the gym for one hour... I did not eat anything after 6. I went to bed on time... and I lost weight!

Calories for yesterday -1341
Carbs - 8.4
Calories burned at the gym - 600

Today is going to be busy! Busy is Good!

182.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 15.4 lb a week
