Did pretty good this weekend. I have a cheat day once a week and yesterday was that day, had some brownies and cookies and later felt like crap, not doing that again it made me have a headache and felt bad and I know it's because of all those carbs. at one time that done it, feel better today. Fixed chicken, beans, cornbread, potato salad and salad. I didn't have any cornbread or potato salad I did good. Hope I see me in the 160's next week. Going to do more exercising next week.
