2030 kcal Fat: 62.59g | Prot: 56.94g | Carb: 320.70g.   Breakfast: Sugar, superfast oats, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Cheddar Cheese, light virtually fat free natural yoghurt, Plums, Bananas, Pears, Peaches, Wholemeal Bread Medium, Wafer Thin Cooked Ham, Mayonnaise, Tomatoes, Grapes. Dinner: vegetable gravy, Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned), Cabbage, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Yorkshire Pudding, Pork Sausage (Frozen). Snacks/Other: Belmont Plain Chocolate Digestive. more...
