Its easy to forget - I went shopping today, ate a Subway ham sandwich for lunch, spent another hour roaming about, then got home, and ate lunch. A second time. I only remembered about the sandwich about halfway through. Oops!

lol, my problem is that I eat too much "stuff" at lunch, like chocolate - perhaps my forgetfulness is embarrassment.

Got the phone app? not as good as the site but you can sync them to the site. Only thing that bothers me is I can't add stuff from the cookbook from there and have to wait till I'm at a real PC to do that. It will put up anything from the food list though so it's helpful to trigger your memory even if you have to fill in extra when you're back at a pc.
