Another 3 pounds down!!! ? !!! I'm surprised and thrilled! I'm one pound away from my original goal! I think I'll keep on plugging until the holidays hit..feeling great! Challenged and skinnier. Strong and more confident in movement through life. Yay! Still so much to learn and grow, and maybe more lightening up to do!
