I am defiantly going in the wrong direction! I have been working out at the gym three times a week but the number one way to lose the weight I KNOW is to watch what you eat. I have done this before and dropped 50 lbs. I should be able to lose 15 now.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
