So, In the beginning I was hitting the gym hard and sticking to my diet which allowed me to drop those 4 pounds...Then I hit a wall, I have been sitting at 230 for weeks now (mainly because I was proud of myself and became a slacker) But I'm back on track now, and no more laziness!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
