I worked hard to double my goal of 10k daily steps and I actually did it! 20,000 steps today, WOOT!! I'm really proud, and can definitely feel it in my legs! I was surprised that it was only a little more than 8 miles. Either way, I'm thrilled! I'm back in the saddle: working out, eating right, and feeling good!

182.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
