Staying consistent is easy if you eat the same meals a day and save the meals on this app so you stay in a caloric deficit. That’s what’s working for me. Eating less frequently only once or twice a day with intermittent fasting. Hope this helps you guys. 20 pounds down in one month 💪🏾

Excellent! I monitor CICO and practice IF as well. Well-balanced diet, adequate water intake and exercise/activity are fundamental.
