Yea, well more like 200 is the max weight I’ll go, if I hit 190 early I’ll do a mini cut but yea aiming for 200 by springtime

what's your guess on what your muscle to fat gain ratio will be in doing that?. obviously it's a wild guess at best but just curious

Lol I haven’t done this often enough to make that assumption. I’m hoping to get around 15lbs of muscle from this. Then I’ll be happy to maingain from there. But really you’re like a cocoon, all round n oval and you won’t know till you break out of it 🤣

But the slower the gain the more the ratio will lean towards muscle. But faster gain has its benefit to where as the fat is acting like added weights so overtime that builds helps build muscle too, if you are active

Hahah gotcha. I'm not making any changes yet going to go another week and see where my weight is at that point before I think about adding more calories.im deffintly getting stronger and have faster recovery times. Gaining reps or adding weight on pretty much everything.
